How to recover deleted or old versions of files

Files on our servers are backed up regularly, with daily snapshots perserved for at least 30 days.

If you have deleted files on a server and wish to have them recovered, please submit a help ticket @ http://tuhelp.temple.edu and mention the following:

1. Indicate the server (e.g. file,admin,shell,sftp etc.) from which the files were deleted.
2. Path to the files / folders that were deleted.
3. Refer request to CST IT.
